13/04/2006: Sufferers support bioXtra® - In issue No 10 of the Libelle, a Dutch consumer publication a sufferer quotes (translation from Dutch): I have sufferered with Burning Mouth for ten long years. My mouth full of lesions andd ulcers. My saliva tasted very salty and everything I ate and drank tasted salty. It was dreadful. I asked for advice everywhere but it was a dead-end. One day I was at my dentist and he exclaimed your mouth is a mess! . There was no saliva and my mouth was completely dry. My dentist promised me to look for a solution. The following day he telephoned me. He had discussed my burnign mouth with his pharmacist who had a treatment. I received a tube of bioXtra® which I was advised to apply all over my mouth. One week later the ulcers and lesions had disappeared and the salty saliva was also gone. I am so grateful to my dentist! (name withheld)
13/04/2006: Arbitration Award - The United States District Court of California has found in favour of Biopole in its action against Laclede Inc. The Judgement rules that Laclede Inc is to pay Biopole a substantial settlement in line with the Award made by the International Court of Arbitration on 23rd August, 2005.

24/10/2005: Arbitration Success - The International Court of Arbitration has found in favour of Biopole, Bio-X Healthcare and Dr. Jean-Paul Perraudin in the case brought against them by Laclede Inc., makers of Biotene. Laclede Inc. has been sentenced to pay a sum in excess of Euro 300,000, which they have so far failed to do. Bio-X Healthcare continues to produce and distribute its innovative line - bioXtra® - and to develop new product lines using its patented technology.
